On-Hire / Off-Hire Condition Survey

On-Off hire condition surveys are a requirement for the commercial trade of vessels in that vessels are hired from their Owners by Charterers who trade the cargo internationally. The survey of the vessel is undertaken either before the vessel is delivered into a Charter, or re-delivered from a Charter. The reports should include a detailed description of the vessel itself, the structural condition of the cargo spaces and main deck areas surrounding the various cargo compartments and hatches, the ship’s hatch covers, the cargo gear and space.

Bunker Survey Services

We here to serve you before and after supply of bunker; We check the trim, make sounding for all bunker tanks for both vessel and supply barge, before bunker supply and repeat same work after bunker supply. We avoid our Client any bunker shortage, assure that the vessel received the nominated quantity. We also supervise bunker sampling during supply to assure the bunker quality (if required).

Loading / Discharging Supervision

Cargo Tanks Inspection

Enclosed spaces are a fundamental component of the ship’s structure and are also circuitously critical for the economics of running the shipping company. A large part of the ship’s earnings in the form of cargo (dry as well as wet) is exhumed from large void spaces commonly known as ‘tanks’, within the configuration of the ship.

IHM services (IHM maintenance/ HazMat sampling&reporting)

We can reliably check your ship’s ability to comply with both the EU SRR and HKC Convention requirements. We can also guide shipyards in meeting the requirements for class issuing, help your vessel obtain the endorsement of an international certificate regarding the IHM, and assist you in obtaining the issuance of an international Ready for Recycling (RfRC) certificate where applicable.

Ship Recycling Supervision

On-site supervisors attend ships being recycled daily and liaise closely with the facility’s staff to ensure efficient, safe and environmentally sound operations and also care of the work-force. The Owner is kept regularly advised on progress of recycling, of any incidents of note within the facility and/or adjacent to it and any fresh requirements by authorities or by new regulations as applicable. This is generally done through detailed and illustrated weekly reports. Serious incidents are reported immediately.

Ballast Water Analysis (BWMS Commissioning Test, VGP Test)

BWMS commissioning testing; IMO’s Marine Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC 74) in May 2019, approved draft amendments to the BWM Convention, which mandate commissioning testing of BWMS during installation surveys in order to verify that the BWMS is operating properly through representative sampling and indicative analysis.

Ullage Survey Before Discharge / After Loading

Our surveyors can perform Ullage survey to determine the quantity of liquid goods loaded or discharged, such as molasses, sunflowers, methanol, ethanol,.etc. Report includes required calculations, Certificate of Quantity, timesheet and other supporting documents.

Vessels Pre-Purchase Condition Survey

This is the most comprehensive type of survey covering everything from structural integrity to electrical systems, navigation equipment, main engine, generators and on board machineries and everything in between. A full inspection of the interior and exterior of the vessel will be carried out both in and out of the water giving you a thorough insight into the realistic condition of the vessel.

Tallying Service

Ship tallying services means commercial services for verifying and counting individual cargo units or items undertaken during loading or unloading on board. This Service is carried out with our highly qualified experienced surveyors.

Vessel’s Hull Damage Survey

Hull Damage survey inspections are carried out in order to identify the damage or loss of the incident on Hull and to also witness and supervision of repair operations, cost of the same, causes of the incident and estimates of the loss or damage.

Since the materials/components’ properties are not changed, this testing method is much more economical and much faster than alternative testing methods. Fumigation Services

Fumigation is a method of pest control that uses gas to exterminate pests in an enclosed space. It involves the treatment of the hold of a ship, either full of a commodity or empty. The holds of the ship must be inspected for cleanliness and insect activity prior to loading. If any pest activity is found, fumigation treatment may be required. Additionally, the product going into the hold may be infected and could potentially require fumigation treatment.
The majority of shipping fumigation is done while the vessel is in port. However, under certain government requirements and permits, “fumigation in-transit” is permitted whereby the vessel’s holds are treated during the voyage. The methods and the gases used for fumigation are selected based on the type of fumigation required and local legislation controlling which products can be used in each country.

Container Supervision

Container Loading Supervision provides reassurance that your finished goods are handled correctly when loaded into containers to ensure safe transportation and delivery to their final destination in a satisfactory condition. Sometimes referred to as Container Loading Inspection, this service usually takes place at the factory or your forwarder’s premises and occurs after a pre-shipment inspection (PSI).
